The condominiums form an oasis in the eastern end of Rockley New Road, Christ Church, Barbados. The road running North / South gives access to three courtyards onto which the apartments and maisonettes face. This provides a feeling of intimacy. Springcourt is about three quarters of a mile from the Caribbean sea. It is close to Rockley Resort which has a golf course and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and other entertainment in the Hastings, Worthing and St Lawrence areas on the south coast, where Barbados is washed by the waters of the Caribbean Sea.
